Effective 10 August 2026 · postpipe.dev
These terms are the agreement between you and Frames Engineering, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which operates Postpipe ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using Postpipe for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.
Postpipe lets you compose a post once and publish or schedule it to social media accounts you connect — currently Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook Pages, YouTube, LinkedIn and X. It talks to each platform through that platform's official, documented API. Postpipe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
You own everything you upload and compose. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the platforms you explicitly select when you publish. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including images, video, music and anything featuring other people.
When you connect a social media account you authorise Postpipe to publish to it on your behalf, using the permissions you approved. You can revoke this at any time, either by disconnecting in Postpipe or through the platform's own settings.
You must comply with the terms of every platform you connect. Their rules apply to your content in full, and they are the final authority over your account there. If a platform rejects, removes or limits a post, that is their decision, not ours.
Postpipe publishes through developer applications we own and are accountable for. Abuse does not just affect you — it can get the integration suspended for every user. So these rules are strict, and we enforce them.
Do not use Postpipe to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the risk to other users is immediate.
We apply rate limits and per-workspace publishing quotas to keep the service and our platform integrations healthy. These may change as platform policies change. Individual platforms also impose their own limits, which we cannot lift.
We work to keep Postpipe running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change is significant and we can foresee it, we will give reasonable notice.
Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs we do not control. A platform outage, a policy change, a revoked token or an API deprecation can cause a post to fail or arrive late. Postpipe retries where it is safe to do so and reports failures in the dashboard, but we cannot guarantee that any given post is published. Do not rely on Postpipe alone for time-critical or business-critical announcements.
Where a paid plan applies, pricing and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase affects you.
You can stop using Postpipe and request deletion of your account at any time — see Deleting your data. We may terminate or suspend your account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law or by a platform we integrate with. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to a social platform stays there; remove it from that platform directly.
Postpipe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any post will reach any platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill — including anything arising from a failed, delayed, duplicated or unintended post, or from a platform suspending your account.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Postpipe is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under your local law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of any platform's terms.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the effective date above and email registered users before they take effect. Continuing to use Postpipe after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protections of your local law still apply.
